موجة غبار في الخليج

أصابت موجة غبار شديدة 4 آلاف عراقي بالاختناق اليوم الإثنين، وأوقفت حركة الطيران في الكويت لساعات، وصدرت بسببها تحذيرات مسبقة من تداعياتها المرتقبة في السعودية والبحرين.

وكشفت وزارة الصحة العراقية عن “إصابة 4 آلاف شخص بالاختناق، جراء عاصفة ترابية ضربت عدة محافظات”، مشيرة إلى تلقي المصابين العلاج اللازم.

كما أعلنت السلطات العراقية توقف الملاحة البحرية في موانئ البلاد المطلة على الخليج العربي بمحافظة البصرة (أقصى الجنوب) جراء العاصفة الترابية، وفق وكالة الأنباء الرسمية.

استئناف حركة الطيران في الكويت

وفي الكويت، استؤنفت حركة الطيران في مطار الكويت الدولي، بعد توقفها لساعات جراء موجة الغبار.

وكانت وكالة الأنباء الكويتية الرسمية أفادت بأن الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني أعلنت عن توقف حركة الملاحة الجوية في مطار الكويت الدولي مؤقتًا، بسبب حالة الغبار التي تشهدها البلاد حاليًا.

وقال نائب المدير العام لشؤون خدمات الملاحة الجوية بالإدارة العامة للطيران عماد الجلوي: إن البلاد تتأثر بانخفاض في الرؤية الأفقية بسبب موجة الغبار تصل إلى أقل من 1000 متر على بعض المناطق، مصحوبة برياح تتجاوز سرعتها 50 كيلومترًا في الساعة.

كما دعت وزارة الداخلية الكويتية، في بيان، “المواطنين والمقيمين إلى الالتزام والحذر بسبب موجة الغبار وسوء الأحوال الجوية التي تسود البلاد حاليًا والتي أدت لانخفاض الرؤية في بعض الطرق”.

وفي السعودية، حذر المركز الوطني للأرصاد، عبر بيانات منفصلة، من هبوب “عواصف رملية وأتربة تسبب انعدام الرؤية الأفقية”، في عدة مدن ومحافظات بالبلاد.

وقالت الأرصاد البحرينية في بيان: “من المتوقع أن تتأثر المملكة بموجة من الغبار العالق صباح الثلاثاء”. وأضافت: “تتدنى على إثرها مدى الرؤية الأفقية بسبب هبوب رياح شمالية غربية قوية السرعة”.
