لحق مانشستر يونايتد بركب المتأهلين إلى الدور الرابع من كأس الاتحاد الإنجليزي، وذلك بعد تغلبه على ضيفه واتفورد بهدف دون رد، في المباراة التي احتضنها ملعب أولد ترافورد مساء اليوم السبت.

وسجل هدف مانشستر يونايتد الوحيد، سكوت ماكتوميناي في الدقيقة الخامسة.

وتأهل آرسنال إلى الدور الرابع من مسابقة كأس إنجلترا، بفوزه الشاق على ضيفه نيوكاسل يونايتد، بنتيجة (2-0)، مساء اليوم السبت، بعد التمديد شوطين إضافيين، ضمن منافسات الدور الثالث.

وأحرز ثنائية آرسنال، إميل سميث رو في الدقيقة (109)، والجابوني ببير إيميريك أوباميانج في الدقيقة (117).
