لحق مانشستر سيتي بركب المتأهلين إلى نصف نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا، بعد تغلبه على مضيفه بوروسيا دورتموند (2-1)، اليوم الأربعاء، على ملعب “سيجنال إيدونا بارك” في إياب ربع النهائي.

وافتتح دورتموند التسجيل عبر جودي بيلينجهام في الدقيقة (15)، وعدل رياض محرز النتيجة (55) من علامة الجزاء، قبل أن يضيف فيل فودين الهدف الثاني (75).

وتأهل السيتي لنصف النهائي مستفيدًا من فوزه على ملعبه في مباراة الذهاب الأسبوع الماضي بنتيجة (2-1) أيضًا، لينهي بالتالي عقدة ربع النهائي، بعدما ودع من هذا الدور في المواسم الثلاثة الأخيرة.
