تلقى آرسنال خسارة جديدة أمام مضيفه أستون فيلا (1-0) مساء السبت، بافتتاح الجولة 23 من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.

وسجل أولي واتكينز هدف المباراة الوحيد، في الدقيقة الثانية، ليرسخ عقدة آرسنال بعد السقوط ذهابا بثلاثية نظيفة على ملعب الإمارات.

ورفع أستون فيلا رصيده إلى 35 نقطة في المركز الثامن، فيما تجمد رصيد آرسنال عند 31 نقطة في المركز العاشر مؤقتا.
